No Boundaries, No Measurements, No Limits, Just Live to Eat...

I suppose now with the new day and age I needed to get myself together and get with the times. I am not usually "blogger" as so they say but I suppose if I am going to get anywhere in this world I suppose this is just another stepping stone. The story of myself is this... I'm an actor, a writer, a drinker, but mostly... I'm a chef. A true lover of all things culinary. Be it culture of the cuisine, preparation, the oddity of it all... or just down right the taste. Benjamin Franklin once wrote... "Eat to Live... don't Live to Eat".... I say Ben old boy... your crazy and moronic. Now all that being said was leading to this.... I know my dream in life has to do with this crazy culinary world that surrounds us. To venture forth in a world so mainstream and to do something off the wall and different. To become.... Your Underground Chef.

That's right... Your Underground Chef. Because I am not laying awake in bed at night with these day dreams of new recipes running through my head just to appease myself. I do it for you. To see that smile come across your face as your taste buds begin to pop with that first bite. Watching your eyes slowly close to shut off the other senses to better concentrate on the taste and aroma of pure bliss. Hearing a gentle moan escape as your brain tries to register all the delectable flavors overloading its circuits. I get off on it honestly. So back on track to my original point I have been trying to make. I'm beginning today... to blog my upcoming travels... to keep you informed on the world of the Underground Chef. My mission is to change the culinary world and I am going to learn and experience all that I can to make that happen. Oh yeah... and this is my way of inviting you along the way.
